Delete your Emaan Track account

Ask here or in the app, under Settings › Account. We delete accounts by hand, usually within a few days, and email you when it is done.

On , for . Your account keeps working until we delete it, and we email you when we do.

The request was withdrawn. Nothing was deleted.

Open Emaan Track, go to Settings › Account and choose “Delete my account”.

Your account and sign-in, your synced settings and chosen city, your devices, the prayers you confirmed, your feedback, and your Premium.

Your account is closed as soon as we process the request. Its data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then erased for good.

Payment records without your account attached, as accounting rules require, and a note that the deletion was requested and done.

A subscription bought in an app store keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
